Weekly CSA Produce

Each week from now through October, I will be getting a CSA box of produce from a local farm.  CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture, and is made to support local farmers by paying for a share of their produce each week, instead of getting commercially grown produce from the grocery store.  I think it tastes much better, and I like that I'm supporting local farmers by getting their fresh produce.  I'll share what I get each week here on the blog, as well as the recipes in which I use the produce!
