WIAW #9


Chex Honey Nut Cereal with Almond Milk.


Candied Pecans from Trader Joes.  
Very Green Juice.


Leftover Tomato/Basil/Garlic/Chicken Pasta from Carabbas.
Apple Green Tea.  



Grapefruit.
Red Bell Pepper.


Salmon with Basil Butter.
Spinach Salad with Peppers and Tomatoes.
Edamame Beans.

WIAW #8

*Breakfasat sandwich with scrambled eggs, avocado and pineapple salsa on whole grain sandwich thins.
*Caramel Brûlée latte.

*Turkey Harvest salad from Panera Bread

*Apple and Sweet Potato grabber.

Ok, so I know that's an awful dinner, but it's just been one of those days.  Crazy day at work, came home to screaming babies and a hugely messy house, christmas presents to finish and cards to be mailed, I didn't have much time to think about food.  

Also, these things are actually very delicious!  I saw them one day in the baby section at target, and it looked yummy, so I bought it.  I might have stocked up on them since then...

*Omelet with onions, tomatoes, cheese and tabasco sauce.
*Green tea


*Spring Vegetable Soup
*Broiled Grapefruit with brown sugar and cinnamon (umm...these are awesome.)



*Cinnamon Toast Crunch with Soy Milk


*Southwest Sweet Potato Hash
*Brown Sugar Baked Bacon


*Malted Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies, per the husband's request. (recipe found here)

Ok so I didn't actually eat these guys, but they're so cute!  I walked in after making dinner to them talking to each other and playing with their hands like this!

Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Breakfast Bagel.
Cup of Pumpkin Spice Coffee from our Keurig.


Mid-morning Snack
Trader Joes' Maple Cookies.  These things are ahh. may. zing.


Lunch
Chicken Noodle Soup.


Dinner
Southwest Eggrolls with Salsa for dipping.  These turned out so much better than I planned!  Recipe coming soon.

Water.  Edy's Fruit Popsicle - pomegranate flavored.

Hubby made breakfast!  Homemade biscuits, bacon, scrambled eggs and orange juice



Mid-Morning Snack
leftover biscuits from breakfast ( I only had 1, not this whole pile!)


Lunch
A.C. LaRocco Frozen Bruschetta Style Pizza.  Delicious!  


Afternoon Snack
Oreos (again, just a few, NOT the whole package!)


Dinner
Homemade Broccoli and Cheddar Soup.

H2O.  Diet Mt. Dew.  A few bites of spaghetti.

cup of Starbucks VIA ready brew-vanilla.  Honeycrisp Apple.



LUNCH
Vegetarian green chili (leftover from last night, and recipe+blog post coming soon!) over white rice.



Dinner
Barbecue Brisket.  Sweet Potato Fries.  Sweet tea from Sonic.

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Filled Muffin.  Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte. (recipes for both here).

Zucchini Fries.


Dinner
Arroz Con Pollo (Spanish Chicken and Rice).


Dessert
Ben and Jerry's Late Night Snack Ice Cream.

Breakfast
Black Coffee and Apple Cider Caramel Cookies (blog post on these coming soon!)
(not exactly the healthiest of breakfasts, but delicious none the less.)


Lunch
Sweet Potato Tortilla Chips and Spicy Guacamole  (This guacamole is amazing, by the way.  and actually pretty spicy!)




Snacks
A HoneyCrisp Apple (the absolute best variety of apple, and they're only here for a few months out of the year, october-January) and Halloween Oreos


Dinner
Pasta with Chicken, Goat Cheese and Sun-dried Tomatoes, Carrots and Broccoli

What I Ate Wednesday


Ok.  Soooo I was suppose to start this whole thing last wednesday...but I totally forgot.  So today will be the first! 



Breakfast
Multigrain O's cereal (Trader Joe's brand of Cheerios) + Almond milk
Grapes
Water


Mid-morning snack
Candied Pecans (also from Trader Joe's, and soooo delicious!)
Water


Lunch
BBQ Chicken Salad
apple
Water


Afternoon Snack
Iced hazelnut latte from McD's (Stopped by on the way down to Huntsville.  Couldn't remember if I had ever had one of these or not, but it was NASTY.  WAY too sweet.)


Dinner
Spinach and cheese ravioli, with marinara and alfredo sauce
Water


After dinner snack
Apple crisps (freeze-dried fuji apples)
Water
